Discouraged

Discouragement is a goiter disease mainly manifested by diffuse swelling in front of the neck, unclear edges, normal skin color, and softness, which can grow and fall with mood and anger. Commonly known as "big neck" disease. The disease is most prevalent in iodine-deficient plateau mountains, such as the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and Shaanxi, Shanxi, and Ningxia; however, it is also spread in the plain area. It is equivalent to simple goiter in western medicine.
