Lower abdominal flap resection

The lower abdomen flap is taken on one side of the lower abdomen, more than the ipsilateral side. Including the superficial abdominal wall arteries and veins and superficial spiral arteries and veins, the former mainly. The projection line of the superficial abdominal wall is the side line of the femoral artery pulsation from the umbilicus to the inguinal ligament. Use this as the central axis to design the flap. The upper end can be flat umbilical, the lower end is 2 to 4 cm below the inguinal ligament, the medial line is the ventral midline, and the lateral flat anterior superior spine. The subcutaneous fat tissue in the donor site can be directly pulled and sutured, so it is suitable for the repair of larger wounds in the limbs, but there are many vascular variations.
