Anorectal examination is performed with one index finger reaching into the rectum and the other hand placed on the lower abdomen for examination. Anal abdominal examination is a gynecological examination of unmarried women. Examine the uterus, ovaries, para-uterine tissues, and posterior wall of the pelvis from the rear; if abnormal pain is found, further examination is required. If bleeding, you may have withdrawal uterine bleeding.
