Rotary flap transplantation

A kind of flap transplantation. Rotary flap transplantation precautions: 1. After the flap is rotated, small wrinkles often form on the skin near the original edge, which should not be trimmed early. 2. If the tension of the flap is large after the rotation, a small incision perpendicular to the skin tension line can be made at the place where the tension is greatest, deep into the superficial layer of the subcutaneous tissue to ease the tension. 3. If necessary, use skin grafts to repair the donor site wound. 4. The skin on the sides of the fingers, the soles of the feet, and the palms should not be used as local transfer flaps.
