Plexiglass repair

Orbital margin bone defect. Precautions for plexiglass repair: 1. The plexiglass plate should not be too thick, otherwise it is not easy to process, generally 2mm thick is appropriate. Such as the size of the surgery is not appropriate to repair the bone defect area, or modify the plexiglass plate. Defective radians can be softened on the alcohol lamp and then pressed directly in the defect area (note that the temperature should not be too high). 2. If the plexiglass implant is large, a few holes can be punched in the middle, which is conducive to adhesion and fixation. 3. Do not sterilize the plexiglass graft with alcohol.
