Calcaneus, sacrum, osteochondrosis

This disease is also called Sever disease or Haglund disease. It was first described by Haglund in 1907, and Sever proposed it in 1912 as ischemic necrosis of the calcaneus. The disease is more common in 8 to 14-year-olds who like sports. There are more women than men, most of which are unilateral, but also bilateral.
