Spherical capsule
In patients with vitreous hydatid cysticercosis, the vitreous body is cloudy to varying degrees. Translucent light gray or light blue spherical capsules can be seen in the vitreous body. The center often has a gray-white or yellow-white round spot. It can be seen that cysticercus peristalsis moves in the vitreous body.
