Intestinal paralysis

Systemic manifestations of patients with hypokalemia nephropathy mainly have symptoms of hypokalemia, such as muscle weakness in the limbs, intestinal paralysis and palsy. Hypokalemic nephropathy is chronic interstitial nephritis or kidney disease caused by persistent hypokalemia, also known as kalium-losing nephropathy. Its severity is determined by the degree and duration of potassium deficiency. The clinical manifestations are mainly urinary concentration dysfunction, but it is rare in clinical practice.
