Autosomal aberration

Autosomal aberrations are diseases caused by abnormal numbers or structures of autosomes. Autosomal disease has common clinical manifestations, such as mental retardation, retarded growth and development, and may be accompanied by abnormalities in the senses, limbs, internal organs, and skin.
