Super male

Super male syndrome, also known as XYY chromosome syndrome, is a patient with 47XYY chromosome, which was first discovered in 1961. Among their sexual chromatin, X sex chromatin is negative and Y sex chromatin is double positive. The chromosome karyotype is 47, XYY. The extra Y chromosome is caused by the chromosome not separating when the father's germ cells divide.
