Down wrist
The vertical wrist is a typical symptom of dyskinesia in the type of symptoms and signs of radial nerve palsy. The radial nerve is composed of C5-8, which dominates the upper limbs humerus, elbow muscle, radial brachialis muscle, supinator muscle, extensor digitorum and abductor hallucis longus, etc. Its main functions are elbow extension, wrist extension and finger extension.
