Biliary ascariasis

Biliary tract ascariasis (biliary tract ascariasis, biliary ascariasis) is the most serious complication of intestinal ascariasis. More common in school children 6-8 years old, farmers and late pregnant women. It is an acute upper abdominal pain or biliary infection caused by active intestinal roundworms caused by various reasons and drilling into the biliary tract. The patient had unbearable pain during the attack, and cried and was very distressed. If treatment measures cannot keep up, advanced patients may have varying degrees of dehydration and acidosis, and even endanger life.
