Hydrocyst

The blood vessels supplying the gallbladder nutrition are terminal arteries. When the gallbladder's outlet is blocked, the mucosa of the gallbladder continues to secrete mucus, causing the pressure in the gallbladder to continuously increase, causing the gallbladder to swell and accumulate water. The blood vessels in the gallbladder wall are therefore compressed and arechemic and necrotic . When the gallbladder ischemia, the resistance of the gallbladder decreases, and the bacteria can easily grow and reproduce, taking advantage of the opportunity to move and cause cholecystitis. Cholecystitis is a inflammatory disease of the gallbladder caused by bacterial infections or chemical stimuli (changes in bile composition), and is a common disease of the gallbladder. Its incidence is second only to appendicitis in abdominal surgery. This disease is more common in middle-aged people aged 35 to 55 years. It is more common in women than men, especially in obese women with multiple pregnancies.
