Frontal lines deepening

Forehead horizontal stripes deepen the symptoms of pachydermatosis. Pachyermoperiostosis (pachyermoperiostosis) is also known as skin hypertrophic periosteal osteodystrophy and Touraine-Solente-Gole syndrome. Primary may be autosomal dominant. Secondary is also called hyperproliferative osteoarthropathy. Often secondary to a variety of chronic and malignant neoplastic diseases. The pathogenesis is unclear. Primary: More common in men, often onset shortly after puberty. Secondary: Onset after middle age, more common in women, the skin does not change, and the forehead lines become deeper. Diagnosable based on typical changes in skin and bones.
