Wegner's granulomatosis with uveitis
Wegener's granulomatosis (Wegnerrsquo; s granulomatosis) is an idiopathic systemic necrotizing vasculitis that mainly affects the upper respiratory tract and is often accompanied by kidney damage. 28% to 58% of patients have multiple eye damage.
