Chronic endometritis

The endometrium may remain completely normal even with a wide range of chronic accessory inflammations. Mainly due to the good drainage conditions of the uterine cavity and periodic endometrial exfoliation, so that there is very little chance of inflammation staying in the endometrium for a long time, so the lesions gradually reduce and disappear. However, if the treatment in the acute phase is incomplete, or the source of infection is still often present, recurrent attacks may occur. Therefore, the incidence of chronic endometritis is low. Chronic endometritis is the most common cause of miscarriage, and about 90% of miscarriages are related to gynecological inflammation. Uteritis is a common type of pelvic inflammation in women. Generally refers to endometritis and cervicitis, which can be divided into acute endometritis and chronic endometritis; cervicitis can be divided into acute cervicitis and chronic cervicitis.
