Intraosseous damage

Microcirculation disorders (ischemia, congestion, disseminated intravascular coagulation) cause inadequate perfusion of microcirculation arterial blood, and functional and metabolic disorders of bone due to hypoxia. Mainly manifested as microvascular endothelial damage and microthrombosis. The human blood vessels are the conduits for transporting blood. It is like a large river that gradually branches and irrigates the surrounding land. It is also nourishing the tissue cells around the blood vessels. When blood passes through large blood vessels to small arteries, it flows through a wide network of capillaries, and then merges into small veins. Because this part of the blood vessel has a small caliber, it is invisible to the naked eye and can only be seen under a microscope, so it is called microcirculation.
