Howship-Romberg sign
Howship-Romberg sign a symptom of obturator hernia. Howship-Romberg sign is the earliest and most characteristic sign of the disease, and it is also the main basis for making a diagnosis before surgery. This disease should be considered especially in elderly and frail women with bowel obstruction and Howship-Romberg sign.
