White visual field defect

The retina separates from its own pigment epithelium. The fundus features cyan-blue corrugated spherical bulges, dark red blood vessels undulating with ripples, round red fissures, and white visual field defects. More common in high myopia and elderly patients, more men than women, is a serious eye disease. Early and timely treatment can control its development. Once the omentum is detached and vision drops sharply, it belongs to the category of "violent blindness" in Chinese medicine.
