Vulvar Paget disease

Vulvar Paget's disease is a slowly progressive cancer that contains typical Paget cells with vacuole formation. About half of patients have sweat glands involved. It usually occurs in the labia majora and perianum. Itching and burning of the vulva are common symptoms. Examination found that the vulvar lesions were higher than the skin, local thickening, induration and scaling on the skin surface. Hypopigmentation was often similar to white spots. Some patients with vulvar Paget's disease have underlying adenocarcinoma.
