Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, also known as gradually frozen human disease, referred to as ALS disease, is a type of motor neuron disease that involves the upper motor neurons (brain, brain stem, spinal cord) and affects the lower motor neurons ( A chronic progressive degenerative disease of the cranial nerve nucleus, anterior horn cells of the spinal cord) and its inner trunk, limbs, and head and face muscles. Clinically manifested as mixed paralysis of upper and lower motor neurons combined with damage.
