Yellow shiny scab

Found in ringworm. Skin lesions often occur on the face, starting from the cheeks, gradually invading the forehead, between the eyebrows, and the scalp. In severe cases, the neck, scapula, and even the whole body can be extended. The skin lesions are of various shapes, and most of them are symmetrical. In the face, there are clusters of lively scattered erythema and pimples; in the scalp or eyebrow, there are oily scales and yellow shiny crusts. The lighter ones have only light red patches with a small amount of desquamation; the heavy ones are erythema, blisters, erosion, and soaking into tablets, which continue to spread and expand. If you scratch, rub, and wash too much, the erosion will increase. Exudation increases, often secondary to infection due to skin damage, causing enlargement of nearby lymph nodes, accompanied by fever, loss of appetite, dryness and other systemic symptoms.
