Perineal fistula or sinus formation

Perineal fistula or sinus formation is caused by localized enteritis. Multiple ulcers that occur in the vulva of the vulva are chronic inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract of unknown etiology, characterized by segment-specific lesions of the digestive tract from the oral cavity to the anus. It is clinically characterized by abdominal pain, diarrhea, abdominal mass, fistula formation, and intestinal obstruction, which can be accompanied by fever, anemia, nutritional disorders and extraintestinal manifestations of the joints, skin, eyes, oral mucosa, and liver.
