Squat

The squat phenomenon is a special forced posture, which is more common in children with congenital Fallot tetralogy. It is manifested that when the child is walking or playing, he has a special posture of flexing his legs and squatting for a while, and then resumes normal walking, and squatting occurs repeatedly. The tetralogy of Fallot is named after Fallot's first description, also known as the cyanotic quadrangle. This disease includes ventricular septal defects, pulmonary artery stenosis, aortic striding, and right ventricular hypertrophy. The rate is about 11% to 13% of congenital heart disease, and the ratio of men and women is similar.
