Diffuse fungal infiltration of collecting ducts or nipples is one of the symptoms caused by fungal urinary tract infections. Fungi that cause invasive infections in humans have been divided into primary and opportunistic pathogens. Primary infection occurs in patients who appear to be healthy or have cell-mediated immune deficiency; opportunistic infections occur in patients with phagocytosis due to a variety of causes, including poor metabolism, chronic wasting disease, hormone or immunosuppressive therapy .
