Spine physiological curvature disappears

Due to the physiological needs of the human body, each segment of the normal spine has a certain degree of curvature, called physiological curvature. Due to prolonged sitting, poor sleeping, and dehydration of the disc nucleus, the lordosis of the cervical spine can gradually disappear or even become straight. Or flexed in reverse.
