Chordae grouping: a group of thinner and more distributed at the edge of the leaflet, mainly to prevent the valve from turning to the left atrium when the left ventricle contracts; a group of thicker, lesser number attached to the anterior valve leaflet, also known as Main chordae, which usually start from the top of the anterolateral and posteromedial papillary muscles, and stop at the posteromedial 4-5 o'clock and anterior lateral 7-8 o'clock, the posterior lobe does not have this chordae; the other group has 2 chordae Junction chordae.
