Semen thin

Semen thin means that the semen is thin like water and milky white liquid. It is a kind of oligospermia. Oligospermia is generally divided into idiopathic oligospermia, primary oligospermia, and secondary oligospermia. Idiopathic oligozoospermia accounts for 11% -15% of the infertile population. Oligospermia is a condition in which the number of sperm in semen is lower than that of normal fertile men. The International Health Organization requires that men's sperm be no less than 20 million per milliliter. If it is less than 20 million, it is classified as oligospermia.
