Cervical pain

Synovitis, effusions, and swelling in the joint capsule of the cervical spine can cause adjacent nerve roots to be stimulated and cause root pain. If the neck 5 to the anterior branch of the chest 1 is irritated, the patient may develop brachial plexus neuropathy on the affected side; when the articular process joint is inflamed, the joint capsule distributes sensitive nerve endings, which can make the relevant muscles contract or Spasticity, radiating pain in one upper extremity, neck and shoulder pain, and limited neck function. The root artery is the nutritional artery of the carotid nerve root. The anterior root artery in front of the nerve root in the intervertebral foramen is compressed, causing the corresponding nerve root ischemic lesions to cause root symptoms.
