Colic
Megacolitis means the large large intestine or colon, which may be a congenital cause, or it may be a secondary change caused by other diseases (such as toxic megacolon caused by enteritis). The incidence of congenital colitis is about one in 5,000 live births. There are more boys than girls, and the probability of having the same disease in the family is about 7%. Up to 20%.
