Red lips

Lip redness is the first manifestation of skin or mucosal lymph nodes synthesis that changes the oropharynx. Skin and mucosal lymph node syndrome, also known as Kawasaki syndrome, is an acute systemic vasculitis that is mainly caused by infants and young children. In 1967, Dr. Kawasaki of Japan summarized 50 cases with persistent fever, rash, and lymphadenitis from 1961 to 1967. He named the disease cutaneous mucosal lymph node syndrome and reported it first. Thereafter, Kawasaki was discovered. The disease is not a benign disease. Many children die due to concurrent cardiovascular disease. In fact, Kawasaki disease has become one of the two main factors that cause acquired cardiovascular disease in children. Greater than rheumatic fever. Main symptoms: Persistent high fever is a characteristic of the acute phase. The changes in the oropharynx are seen 24-48 hours after the onset of heat. The lips are initially red, and after a few days, swelling, chapped and bleeding occur, the most typical is hyperplasia of the tongue and papillae, that is, strawberries. The tongue, mouth, and throat are congested, but without ulcers and secretions.
