Lateral hip soreness
CT of lateral hip swelling is a clinical symptom of lumbar disc bulging. Lumbar disc bulging: refers to the absence of significant damage to the disc, fibrous rings, and posterior longitudinal ligaments, but only because of the tension in the lumbar muscles and the greater force on the disc causing the posterior longitudinal ligaments to bulge backward.
