Choroid depression

Choroidal malignant melanoma is the most common intraocular malignant tumor in adults [1]. It is seen at the age of 50 to 60 years. In this case, the patient was younger, because the tumor first occurred in the peripheral part, which had a small impact on vision. When the onset of the disease occurs, the progressive decline in vision arouses attention. The typical ultrasound manifestation is a solid hemispherical or mushroom-shaped mass protruding from the bulb wall to the vitreous cavity, which may have "hollow sign" and / or "choroidal depression sign", and there are many blood flow signals inside the mass.
