Facial and cervical tension

The tension of the facial and cervical muscles is due to some incorrect sitting postures, or to maintain a certain posture for a long time, which causes the muscles to be pulled slowly and continuously, or because of the stretch reflex caused by the nerves that dominate the muscles. Shows muscle tension and inability to move freely.
