Radiation pain in thumb, food and middle three fingers

Tap the median nerve with the fingers at the proximal edge of the wrist ligament. Radiation pain in the thumb, forefinger, and middle fingers is positive. This is a clinical diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome. Carpal tunnel syndrome is a corresponding clinical symptom caused by the compression and stimulation of the median nerve in the carpal tunnel. Any factor that can increase the content of carpal tunnel, increase or reduce the volume of carpal tunnel can cause this disease. The carpal tunnel is a bone fiber tube in the palm of the wrist, through which the long flexor hallucis longus, 4 superficial flexor tendons, 4 deep flexor tendons and median nerve enter the hand. The carpal tunnel is on the radial side of the palm of the wrist and consists of the carpal bones and the transverse carpal ligament. The transverse transverse ligament of the wrist is tough and the proximal margin is thickened, which is the main factor that compresses the median nerve. The median nerve is superficial in the carpal tunnel and is easily compressed by the transverse ligament of the wrist, causing injury.
