Urgency
Urgency to urinate means that you cannot urinate on your own. Once you urinate, you need to urinate; or after you urinate, you have urination and need to urinate urgently. If you do not urinate in time, you will wet your underwear. Mainly due to urethritis, cystitis, prostatitis or foreign body irritation, often accompanied by dysuria.
