Prostate shrinks and hardens
Chronic bacterial prostatitis includes frequent urination, urgency, pain, and urinary tract discomfort or burning during urination. White urine often flows from the urethral opening after urination and after defecation. Sometimes there may be blood sperm, perineal pain, sexual dysfunction, and neurological symptoms. The prostate was full, enlarged, soft, and tender. In the elderly, the prostate shrinks, hardens, the surface is incomplete, and there are nodules.
