Cognitive impairment
Paranoia refers to the clinical symptoms of being unable to recognize body parts and familiar objects through organs without sensory insufficiency, mental decline, unconsciousness, and lack of concentration. Impaired cognitive ability including vision, hearing, touch and body parts.
