Hypoglossal nerve paralysis caused by various reasons can cause deflection of the tongue. Such as the central nervous system due to cerebrovascular accidents caused by the right inner capsule lesions, can cause the left eye split below the expression muscle paralysis, left tongue muscle paralysis and so on.
