Phlegm constitution

Phlegm-wet constitution is also called chill-cold constitution, which is mostly caused by improper diet or disease. The "phlegm" here does not only refer to the sputum in the general concept, but refers to the abnormal accumulation of human body fluids, which is a pathological product; phlegm-dampness constitution is a relatively common type of constitution. When the qi and blood fluid is imbalanced and phlegm is easy to form, this physical state can be considered to be phlegm and wet.
