Wrist-shaped capsule
A cystic protrusion of the wrist joint is one of the symptoms of a tendon sheath cyst. Thecal cyst is the most common mass on the dorsal side of the wrist. It can also occur on the joint capsule and tendon sheath in other parts of the body.
