Reduced stomach acid
Reduced gastric acid secretion: related to the extent and extent of gastric mucosal damage. It can be seen in gastritis, gastric ulcers, and gastric cancer. It can also be seen in malignant anemia. The gastric acid secretion of adult patients with malignant anemia often decreases, and the pH of gastric juice may be above 6 before and after stimulation.
