Severe pain in the lower abdomen and gradually spreading to the midline are clinical features of spontaneous rupture of rectus abdominis. Spontaneous rupture of musculus rectus abdominis refers to rectus abdomen rupture and rectus abdominis fibers caused by indirect trauma. Degeneration is related to abdominal pressure. Sutured abdominal muscles are the main treatment method.
