Not easy to empty urine
The difficulty in emptying urine is one of the later symptoms of internal hemorrhoids. Some can be secondary to anemia, difficulty in stool, and other symptoms. Internal hemorrhoids are hemorrhoids located above the anal tooth line, with lithotomy at 3, 7, and 11 o'clock.
