Distant heart sound

When the doctor uses the stethoscope to perform auscultation of the heart, if the first heart sound and the second heart sound are weak, heavy, and distant, and there is a remote sense, the heart sound is distant. Patients are often forced to take a semi-recumbent position and lean forward, and the heart sounds are more distant if they can lie flat.
