Neonatal proteinuria

In general, the definition of proteinuria for infants (under one year old) and children (over one year old to ten years old) is that urine protein excretion is greater than 110mg / m2 and 85mg / m2 per day, respectively, and that for newborns (within 30 days) are greater than 145 mg / m2 is considered proteinuria.
