Sternal crown

The chicken breast, also known as the sternum bulge or pigeon breast, is the sternum protruding prominently, and the ribs on both sides are inclined downward and inward, causing the breast to become like a chicken, pigeon and bird breastbone, hence the name "chicken breast". Chicken breasts can be divided into two types: sternal cartilage type and sternum cartilage type.
