Hump waist
Thoracolumbar hump is a mannosidosis, and mannosidosis is a systemic disease caused by α-mannosidase deficiency. Clinical features are similar to Hurler syndrome, without mucopolysaccharide urine, but with increased mannose-containing components in the tissue.
