Edema of the penis and scrotum

Masturbation, too rough, too frequent during sex, penile cavernitis, etc. can lead to obstruction of blood flow at the penis, causing penile edema. Scrotal edema may appear swollen, or the scrotum on one side is larger than the other, which is inconvenient and easy to be injured. Sometimes it may be accompanied by swelling and pain. It may even affect the testicle's blood circulation due to excessive water accumulation. Over time, it will cause the testicle to shrink. Affects the ability of testes to produce sperm in the future, causing infertility.
