Pyloric muscle hypertrophy

The pylorus is the outlet of the stomach and a "gate" to the intestine. Due to pyloric muscle deformities, thickening, hypertrophy, and edema, food leading to the intestines cannot smoothly enter the intestines. The muscles of the stomach wall are strongly contracted, and since the resistance of the milk mass to the intestines is very large, it flows back from the mouth. In this way, sick children are in a state of "hungry" and will inevitably lose weight.
